Job summary

Bankers Trust in Des Moines, IA, seeks an ePayments Analyst I to deliver timely technical and administrative support for ePayments operations, including ACH, wires, remittances, and ECL. You will handle issue resolution, post-setup customer support, and research for audits, acting as SME on key projects.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent and at least two years in bank operations or similar financial functions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Bank Operations or similar financial functions.
• College degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules, Fedwire, SWIFT, ECL and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates research, reporting, and resolution of issues for assigned ePayment functions.
• Provides post setup support for customers using ePayments services (ACH origination, wire transfer, remittance, Remote Deposit, ECL, Fed Funds).
• Acts as second tier of support for cross border Fedwire and SWIFT transfers; assists with AML checks and fraud assessment.
• Completes daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual checklists and processes with proper approvals.
• Researches and provides documentation/reports for audits or exams.
• Suggests changes to procedures for new/existing products and disaster recovery scripts.
• Serves as SME on departmental and corporate-wide projects.
• Assists staff with issues, research requests, workload management, and vendor relations.
