Cash Depot in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Cash Operations Technician to manage ATM cash operations, perform routine maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment, and support customers in the field.

You will replenish cash, handle deposits, diagnose equipment, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure secure, accurate service across your territory. A strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Replenish ATM cash inventories.
• Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls.
• Deliver coin orders and process deposits.
• Follow all cash handling and security procedures.
• Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Clear ATM jams and perform diagnostics.
• Install software updates and escalate complex issues.
