Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run the site operations and guest service. This fast, team-oriented environment lets leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and guiding the management team.

You will learn how to operate a car wash, enroll customers in the Unlimited Wash Club, and assist with maintenance and safety. Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, plus growth opportunities and a benefits program after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
