Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site operations and lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team. The role involves overseeing opening/closing tasks, guiding customers, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service.

The position offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time options), with the potential to earn weekly commissions and opportunities for growth within the company.

Formación

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
