Job summary

The McKee Group in Exton, PA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our car wash operations, grow membership sales, and develop a winning team. This hands-on leadership role requires coaching staff, solving problems, and driving performance.

You will manage daily operations, monitor sales and labor, ensure top-tier customer service, maintain safety standards, and keep equipment running smoothly. Expect 45–50 hours weekly with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash operations, hospitality, retail, or service.
• Natural leader who motivates and develops people.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth – Lead and motivate your team to hit sales and membership goals.
• Build a Winning Team – Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees who deliver results.
• Lead Daily Operations – Manage staffing, workflow, volume, and customer demand to keep the site running smoothly.
• Track the Numbers – Monitor sales, labor, memberships, productivity, and other KPIs.
• Create Raving Customers – Set the standard for exceptional service and resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Keep Standards High – Ensure the site is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Keep Equipment Running – Oversee equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Lead with Accountability – Set expectations and recognize performance while addressing issues.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF...

• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash operations, hospitality, retail, or service

• You're competitive, energetic, and driven to improve performance
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• You're organized, dependable, and a strong communicator
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You're at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous car wash experience is a plus, but strong leadership and sales experience are what matter most.

45–50 hours per week, including weekends and high-volume periods as needed.
