Site Manager

We’re looking for an energetic Site Manager to lead our retail operation, ensuring high quality customer service, strong sales, and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff.
• Schedule employee shifts and manage overtime policies.
• Facilitate employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
• Grow sales volume and increase site profitability.
• Maintain operating P&L metrics and understand how costs impact margins and pricing.
• Resolve customer inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills, including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
• Experience supervising or serving as assistant manager in a big‑box, auto, car wash or lube store is preferred.
