Job summary

Gas N Wash in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote memberships, and upsell services while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will meet monthly sales targets, work outdoors in all weather, and enjoy paid training, uncapped commissions, and free car washes as you grow with the team.

This role requires reliable weekend availability and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.

Responsibilities

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do
