Job summary

Gas-N-Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and upsell upgrades while delivering friendly service.

You will work outdoors in diverse weather, aim to meet sales targets, and participate in light operations. Paid training, free car washes, and growth opportunities are offered within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do
