Gas-N-Wash is seeking a Car Wash Manager in Training in Illinois to learn how to lead a high-performing team while driving sales for memberships and services. You will master guest experience and work toward becoming a full Site Manager, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.

The role includes hands-on training, performance coaching, and opportunities to lead new locations as the company expands, with a base pay range and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Car Wash Manager you’ll learn how to lead a high-performing team while driving sales growth for our car wash memberships and services. You’ll master the art of creating a memorable guest experience and hitting ambitious sales targets while you prepare to take the driver’s seat as a full Site Manager. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, team morale, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.

• Handle customer feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep our wash running at peak efficiency.

Requirements

• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• The ability to travel for training and development purposes.
• The ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
