Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to be the friendly face connecting customers with unlimited wash memberships and premium upgrades. You’ll drive sales while delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring a smooth, safe car wash experience.

In this outdoor role, you’ll greet guests, promote packages, and meet monthly targets. Paid training and growth opportunities from within the team are available. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

The Impact You'll Make

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
