Job summary

Gas N Wash in Illinois is seeking a Car Wash Manager in Training to lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth for memberships and services. You will learn to manage operations, greet guests with enthusiasm, and coach a team to deliver a memorable guest experience while aiming for ambitious sales targets.

You will develop leadership skills, promote memberships, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or automotive services.
• Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering memorable service.
• Strong people skills to motivate, coach, and build a positive team culture.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn car wash equipment operations and work outdoors.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel for training and development purposes.
• Minimum 45 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Car Wash Manager you’ll learn how to lead a high-performing team while driving sales growth for our car wash memberships and services. You’ll master the art of creating a memorable guest experience and hitting ambitious sales targets while you prepare to take the driver’s seat as a full Site Manager. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, team morale, and business growth.
