Job summary

Gas N Wash LLC is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative to be the friendly face that greets customers and explains the value of unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.

You will meet and exceed monthly sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and help with light operational tasks while working outdoors in all weather, including weekends. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.
