Job summary

Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative – Car Wash Operations to greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, and upsell services. You will guide vehicles safely, maintain a clean facility, and help drive growth with a friendly, sales‑driven approach.

We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay starting at $18 plus uncapped commission, and a discount on car washes. Weekend availability and outdoor work in all weather are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience; car wash or automotive experience is a plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team player with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all 4 seasons and stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for checkout and processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy to create a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on wash packages and add-ons.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering excellent service.
• Assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car wash and landscaping.
• Learn safe handling of chemicals and basic safety procedures.
• Operate basic computer systems for sales transactions.

As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you\’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You\’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first‑time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

What You\'ll Do
