Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail/service environment is strongly preferred.
Must be 18+ to handle equipment/fuel responsibilities where applicable; background check required.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality car wash experience.
Ensure SOPs, safety protocols, audits, and service standards are followed.
Maintain a clean, professional site and report equipment issues promptly.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping in line with policies and labor laws.
Develop and lead a positive, inclusive team culture and drive site goals.
Handle customer interactions and resolve complaints to uphold the brand.
Ensure compliance with company policies, wage and hour laws, and safety regulations.
