Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational environment preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law).
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location).
• Must pass a background check per company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned operational tasks and support site leadership.
• Direct team during shifts as delegated by site management.
• Greet customers and promote programs and promotions.
• Train others on car wash equipment and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment; monitor safety and quality.
