Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver friendly, attentive service and learn all facets of the wash operation. You will engage customers, help them choose wash options, and keep the site clean and welcoming.

You will work with a fast-paced team in outdoor conditions, support opening/closing procedures, perform wash quality checks, and assist with basic equipment maintenance. Prioritize safety and guest satisfaction while growing with a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.
• Ready to take on new challenges daily with enthusiasm.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and fast-paced settings.
• Available to work early evenings and weekends; adaptable to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.

• Educate and assist customers in selecting wash options and selling memberships.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and professionally.
• Keep the facility spotless and guest-ready across all areas.

• Notify management of cash deposits or deliveries.
