WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and support day-to-day operations at our location. You will guide customers, help them choose wash options, and assist with membership plans while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

In this role, you’ll learn the full car wash process, perform quality checks, and handle basic equipment issues. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive, friendly approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve great results and support the team.
• Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment for leadership development.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable and growth-oriented.
• Assist customers in selecting wash options and selling memberships and wash packages.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility spotless and guest ready across all areas (car wash, tunnel, back room, vacuum lot).
• Learn opening and closing procedures and perform wash quality checks.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
