WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests across the wash process. You will learn all aspects of operation, assist customers in selecting wash options, and help maintain a clean and organized site.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a friendly, professional demeanor, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company. Weekend availability and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations related to working with heavy machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
• Available to work early evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where leadership skills can develop.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented.
• Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options, selling memberships and wash packages.
• Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility spotless and well-maintained at all times.
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room and vacuum lot for guest readiness.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
