WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a friendly Car Wash Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and operate daily car wash tasks. You will assist customers in choosing wash options, support membership sales, and ensure a clean, well-maintained site.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Enjoys collaborating with others to achieve outstanding results.
• Willing to take on daily challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
• Available to work early evenings and weekends, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment for leadership development.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-minded.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating customers on car wash options and selling memberships.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility clean and guest-ready, including tunnels, back room, and vacuum area.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
