This role emphasizes teamwork, readiness for daily challenges, and safety. You should be comfortable working outside in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available for early evenings and weekends as needed.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace.
• Educate customers on wash options and membership plans.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel with a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility spotless and organized.
• Maintain the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
