WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service, guide vehicles through the wash, and educate guests on memberships. You’ll support daily operations, maintain cleanliness, and learn all facets of the wash process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
• Available to work early evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and educate customers on car wash options.
• Sell membership plans and wash packages to meet customer needs.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Keep the facility clean and organized, including car wash, tunnel, back room, and lot.
• Learn and perform opening/closing procedures and basic equipment checks.
• Notify management about deposits or cash deliveries.
