Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver top-notch customer service, educate customers on wash options, and upsell memberships. You will guide vehicles through the wash tunnel, keep the facility spotless, and support daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates are energized by teamwork, safety-conscious, and comfortable in varying weather. Flexible scheduling, including early evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must deliver excellent customer service and education to customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and adapt with weather.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing long shifts.
• Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• Willing to work early evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers in choosing wash options.
• Sell memberships and wash packages to suit customer needs.
• Guide vehicles safely into wash tunnel and monitor flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Assist with basic wash quality checks and operations.
• Learn opening/closing procedures and report deposits when needed.
