WhiteWater Express is hiring a Car Wash Attendant to deliver friendly customer service, assist guests with wash options, and help keep the site clean and organized.

You will learn all aspects of car wash operations, follow standard procedures, and support a fast-paced, safety-conscious team in a growing company.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations related to working with and/or around heavy machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
• Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results and support team success.
• Ready to take on new challenges daily with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment across various weather conditions and fast-paced settings.
• Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to foster a leadership-friendly team.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused, hospitable workplace.
• Help customers choose car wash options; upsell memberships and wash packages.
• Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and professionally.
• Keep the facility spotless and guest-ready.
• Maintain the wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot in order.
• Learn and implement opening and closing procedures.
• Run wash quality checks and troubleshoot basic equipment.
• Notify management of deposits or cash deliveries.
