Bristol Myers Squibb, Summit West NJ, seeks a Manager, CAR T Warehouse Operations to lead a team of material handlers responsible for all processes related to inbound movement, inventory, storage and distribution within the CAR T clinical and commercial operations.

The role emphasizes adherence to FDA/DEA/DOT/ISBT/CTPAT/OSHA/cGMPs, training development, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Planning, Manufacturing and Global Supply to ensure traceability and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain within a cGMP environment.
• 3 years direct supervisor/personnel management experience.
• Strong understanding of cell culture, purification, and aseptic processing or lab technique.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of material handlers across CAR T warehouse operations.
• Supervise inbound movement, receipt, storage and distribution within CAR T supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, DEA, DOT, ISBT, CTPAT, OSHA, VAWD, and cGMP standards.
• Develop training curricula and manage staff development.
• Maintain safe, compliant, efficient warehouse operations across multiple locations and shifts.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (Development, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Global Supply).
• Drive safety training and an ethical compliance culture.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts with Cost Accounting and Internal Audits.
