Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to laws and company policies, and evaluating supplier performance to drive timely and compliant material flow.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reports on inventory-related information.
• Prepares and submits regulatory compliance reports related to material management activities, such as inventory reconciliation, supplier qualifications and audit findings.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
• Generates and communicates supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.
• Maintains accurate records of material transactions to support regulatory compliance and traceability.
• Helps track and evaluate supplier performance metrics and takes corrective actions as needed to address any issues.
