Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, CAR T Warehouse Operations to lead a CAR T materials handling team across multiple warehouse locations and shifts. You will ensure traceability, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient inbound/movement activities within the CAR T supply chain.

The role requires overseeing 6–19 direct reports, developing training programs, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Planning to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5–7 years of warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain experience in cGMP environment.
• 3 years direct supervisor/personnel management experience.
• Strong understanding of cell culture, purification, and aseptic processing or lab technique.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound receipt and storage of materials in CAR T supply chain.
• Lead 6–19 direct reports, including training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA, and related policies.
• Develop corrective/preventive actions and investigations for warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage documentation and SOPs.
