Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Warehouse & Kitting Operations to lead a multi-shift team within CAR T commercial operations at Summit, NJ. You will ensure compliant, traceable material handling, accurate kitting, and on-time delivery to manufacturing, while driving safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing warehouse and kitting processes in a validated WMS (EWM), developing KPIs with Power BI, and collaborating across functions to resolve issues,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Managers and front-line staff across multiple shifts.
• Manage daily warehouse operations within a validated WMS (EWM) and across the CAR T supply chain network.
• Oversee material transfers between sites and an offsite 3PL facility.
• Lead kitting operations ensuring BOM accuracy and timely delivery to manufacturing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability; ensure compliance with cGMP.
