Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co is seeking a Manager, CAR-T Warehouse Operations in Summit, NJ. You will lead a multi-location CAR-T warehousing team, ensuring compliant inbound receipt, storage, and distribution across shifts.

Responsibilities include overseeing training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while driving safety, efficiency and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, information systems, business management or related fields.
• 5-7 years in warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain in cGMP environment.
• 3 years direct supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities for inbound movement, receipt and storage in CAR-T supply chain network.
• Maintain compliant, safe shipping, receiving, staging and storage areas.
• Lead corrective/preventive actions, deviations, investigations for warehouse operations.
• Manage training curricula and staff development for 6–19 direct reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and project implementation across locations.
