Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a Work Centered Team responsible for cell therapy manufacturing operations. You will ensure safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and accurate documentation in a highly regulated environment.

The role reports to Senior Manager, Manufacturing and requires hands-on leadership of teams, adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and a strong emphasis on ALCOA+ documentation and metrics-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a work center team in a cell therapy manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMPs, SOPs and batch records.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, safety and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Work Centered Team responsible for cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance and adherence to SOPs and WIs.
• Lead documentation accuracy and ALCOA+ practices across production records.
• Manage training, staffing and performance of the WCT.
• Report on metrics and progress in Tier meetings and site reviews.
