Qualifications

• Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on various vehicle makes/models.
• Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided.
• Ensure courtesy to all customers.
• Interact with customers as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive.
• Keep up to date with technical publications and Service Comm.
• Ensure safe and high-quality vehicle service is delivered the first time.
• Address original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales.
• Inspect vehicles for additional sales opportunities following local and factory recommendations.
• Return vehicles cleaner than when arrived.
• Participate in factory or in-house training programs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and attach forms to RO copy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM or Group Leader.
• Always arrive on time, ready to work, in clean uniform.
