Schomp MINI in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Sales Consultant/Client Advisor to build lasting relationships with guests and guide them through the vehicle selection process. You will learn the One Price, One Person, One Hour approach and confidently present vehicle features, options, and protection plans.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a retail sales background, and the drive to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail or product sales preferred.
• Ability to work Saturdays and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate technology and options.
• Identify customer needs and budget to propose suitable options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield.
• Lead the finance process with customers and coordinate financing.
