Schomp Automotive Group is hiring for a full-time Sales Professional in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will build lasting customer relationships, present vehicle features, and guide buyers through options within their budget, using the One Price, One Hour approach to ensure transparent, upfront pricing.

Gain product knowledge, promote protection plans, and lead the financing process with the support of our Finance team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years in product or retail sales preferred.
• Customer-focused with a track record of service excellence.
• Willing to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Explain vehicle features, technology and options to customers.
• Understand customer needs and budget to suggest suitable options.
• Promote protection plans (GAP, service, dent, windshield).
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer.
• Collaborate with Finance on financing options based on credit and trade‑in values.
• Use CRM to manage relationships, schedule appointments and respond to leads.
