Schomp BMW is seeking a high-performing sales professional in Highlands Ranch, CO, to build lasting guest relationships and guide them through the car-buying journey. You will leverage our One Price, One Hour approach to provide upfront value while achieving sales targets and earning commissions.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for customer service, and availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays. Comprehensive training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in product or retail sales is preferred; a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe vehicle technology, features, and accessories.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget, offering vehicle options that meet their requirements.
• Promote vehicle protection plans (GAP, service, dent, windshield).
• Lead the sales finance process with each customer and coordinate with Finance for financing options.
• Utilize the CRM system to manage relationships, schedule appointments, and respond to internet leads.
