Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group in Waldorf is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to help guests explore vehicle options, provide product information, and deliver a positive buying experience.

You will greet customers, maintain knowledge of the dealership's inventory, guide them through the sales process from selection to financing, process contracts, and follow up to nurture relationships and sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
