Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive buying experience. You will help with vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and closing the sale.

The role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and follow-up with leads to grow sales and maintain showroom standards. Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required, and a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
