Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is hiring a Rental Car Customer Service Agent for our partner location in Durango, CO. You will greet customers on arrival, expedite the rental process, verify licenses and reservations, and explain charges.

You will also assign keys and rental agreements and assist with transfers in the Rental Car system. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and strong customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous customer service experience and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variety of tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival.
• Expedite the car rental process so customers can get to their destination quickly.
• Verify driver’s license and reservations.
• Assign keys and rental agreements and explain charges on the invoice.
• Process car exchanges in the rental car computer system.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally.
