Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is hiring a Rental Car Customer Service Agent to greet customers on arrival, expedite rentals, verify licenses and reservations, and explain charges. You will assign keys, process exchanges, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, be 18+, flexible for nights/weekends/holidays, and comfortable outdoors. English proficiency and computer literacy are required.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers upon arrival
