Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a smooth car rental transaction following SOPs.
• Offer optional supplementary products to customers.
• Handle phone and counter inquiries and address concerns.
• Guide customers through the rental process and transactions.
• Receive, review, and submit various reports to supervisor or manager.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files and location logs.
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers and support general operations.
