The successful candidate will answer phones, handle customer concerns diplomatically, support managers with clerical tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department, following up promptly.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Operate switchboard telephone system and manage calls efficiently.
• Communicate with callers in a friendly, professional manner and minimize hold times.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures to assist customers efficiently.
• Hours for this shift are 1pm to 8pm Monday-Friday, with availability to cover other shifts as needed.
