Job summary

This full-time position includes showroom desk duties, basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the coffee bar area is kept tidy. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and customer service skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some previous automotive dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and assisting customers with questions.
• Welcoming incoming customers and directing them to the appropriate place.
• Ensuring appropriate staff contact customers in a timely manner.
• Assisting customers and sales consultants with license plates.
• Keeping the showroom and coffee bar clean and stocked.
• Occasional administrative tasks for New Car Managers, including filing and copying.
