Job summary

Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited is seeking a remote Sales Executive/Customer Support Executive to identify prospects, establish contact, and develop relationships to drive revenue.

You will conduct outbound calls on leads, follow up regularly, and uphold quality service while meeting targets. Strong English and Hindi, interpersonal and MS-Office skills are essential. Six-day work week with a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Education: 10th/12th/ Diploma or a graduate/postgraduate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Salary Range: 12000-14000 (Inhand) + 2000(Net Allowance ) + Incentives

Role & responsibilities

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.

Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.

Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.

Must been energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

Education- Any 10th , 12th and Diploma, Graduates, Post Graduates. (with 0-3 years of exp.)

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.

Decision making skills.

Language required: English, Hindi, Kannada OR English, Hindi, Telegu OR English, Kannada, Tamil.

Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).

Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).

Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday.
