Job summary

The Rydell Company’s Stevens Point Auto Center is seeking a Business Development Representative to interface with guests and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. You will answer questions, schedule test drives, and ensure guest needs are met with timely follow-ups.

You will join a team focused on exceptional customer service and will receive ongoing training on vehicle information, market changes, and guest experience enhancement in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via CRM (internet, phone, text).
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Set appointments for guests to visit the dealership.
• Follow up on unresponsive leads, no-shows, or canceled appointments.
• Collaborate with team to maintain positive relations and achieve goals.
• Use activity/appointment tracking system daily.
• Strive to hit personal and team daily/monthly targets.
