Stevens Point Auto Center, part of the Rydell Company, seeks a Business Development Representative in Stevens Point, WI. You will handle inbound/outbound vehicle inquiries, schedule test-drive appointments, and follow up with guests to ensure needs are met.

Ongoing training will keep you up-to-date on vehicle information and market changes to deliver top-notch guest service. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries via CRM, and work toward daily and monthly sales goals

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond promptly to inbound internet, phone and text inquiries through our CRM.
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Set appointments for guests to come into our dealership.
• Follow up with leads that are unresponsive, have not purchased and no-show/canceled appointments.
• Participate in team environment - keeping positive and upbeat relationship with teammates and department.
• Utilize activity/appointment tracking system daily.
• Strive to hit personal and team daily/monthly goals.
