Stevens Point Auto Center is seeking a Business Development Representative in Stevens Point, WI. You will liaise between guests and their vehicle purchase, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, scheduling test drives, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Join a team-focused environment with ongoing training and opportunities to grow within the dealership group. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential, along with a willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via CRM, phone, and text.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct to dealership resources.
• Set appointments for guests to visit the dealership.
• Follow up with leads that are unresponsive, no-show or canceled appointments.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates and department.
• Use activity/appointment tracking system daily.
