Northrop Grumman has an opening for a Director 1, Capture - Space Systems Superiority Division (TS/SCI) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The position will be an integral part of the leadership team. The position will be located at the Dulles, VA campus.
As the Capture Director you will lead the overall capture efforts, including investment strategy, supplier and contract partnerships, technical development, and customer relationships that align with division priorities. You will have exceptional communication skills to quickly understand what is required to win, develop compelling value propositions, and prepare strong business cases to leadership. You will thrive in a fast pace, competitive environment and lead briefings at the executive level and establishing NDAs, working with GSC, teaming, and sourcing.
