Job summary

Major Food Group in Miami is hiring a Captain Assistant for ZZ's Miami. The role supports service excellence and guest satisfaction in a private members club setting.

You will assist in anticipating guests’ needs, maintain dining area standards, inspect spaces, and help resolve any guest concerns during service times. This full‑time position requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Drive to provide exceptional service.
• Full time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
• Proficient in POS systems, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction, and assist in resolving guest issues.

• Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
• Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction, and assist in resolving guest issues.

REQUIREMENTS
