Job summary

Major Food Group is hiring Captain Assistants to join Chateau ZZ's in Miami, FL. This role requires full-time availability with flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience with a strong emphasis on service, hospitality, and team collaboration. Proficiency with POS systems, Word, and Excel is required, as is the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Located in a historic manor on Brickell Avenue in Miami, Chateau ZZ's is Major Food Group's first-ever Mexican restaurant. This glamorous destination seamlessly blends old-world sophistication with modern luxury, offering a variety of transportive dining environments, a vast collection of rare tequilas, a stunning solarium, a vibrant bar and lounge, and picturesque gardens.

As a valuable addition to our team, you must ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will be passionate and have a commanding knowledge about food, wine, and service in general. These individuals will be the key points of contact for guests throughout their dining experience. They must have the ability to work well with the team and provide the utmost level of hospitality to our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
