Major Food Group is seeking a Jr. Maitre'D for Chateau ZZ's in Miami, a historic manor on Brickell Avenue. This FOH role supports a high-end Mexican restaurant, offering guests an upscale experience with attentive service.

The position requires 2+ years of front-door leadership, flexibility for full-time shifts, and strong hospitality skills. Join a team focused on excellence and guest satisfaction in a vibrant Miami setting.

Formación

• At least 2 years experience leading a front door team in a New York restaurant
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
• Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, OpenTable, Word and Excel.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus.
• Experience in New York Times 2- or 3-star restaurants preferred.

Located in a historic manor on Brickell Avenue in Miami, Chateau ZZ's is Major Food Group's first-ever Mexican restaurant. This glamorous destination seamlessly blends old-world sophistication with modern luxury, offering a variety of transportive dining environments, a vast collection of rare tequilas, a stunning solarium, a vibrant bar and lounge, and picturesque gardens.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet & treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests expectations.
