Job summary

Partners Finance seeks a results-driven Associate to support capital formation for the Partners real estate platform in Houston and the Texas market. You will work directly with the Managing Director to identify prospects, schedule investor meetings, and advance relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and other private capital sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field.
• Around 4 years of client-facing, relationship-driven experience.
• Experience with sophisticated clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and grow new business.
• Houston-based or familiarity with the Houston business community.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA registrations/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calling and email outreach to warm leads within the firm’s private-client network and prospective new prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified investor meetings through various formats.
• Prepare for investor meetings and participate alongside the Managing Director, increasing involvement over time.
• Manage post-meeting follow-up, provide investment materials, and coordinate due diligence.
• Develop internal referral opportunities and cultivate relationships with brokers, owners, developers, and service professionals.
• Research new investor channels and tailor outreach strategies by market and offering.
• Support capital-raising initiatives, including investor presentations and events.
• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and monitor pipeline KPIs.
