Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate – Private Equity / Private Credit

A growing private equity and private credit investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate to support fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and business development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, manage LP relationships, and contribute to capital-raising initiatives across institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support capital raising efforts, assisting with investor outreach and engagement.
2. Manage LP communications, investor reporting, and due diligence requests.
3. Assist in marketing materials, investor presentations, RFPs, and DDQs.
4. Identify and develop new capital sources to expand the firm’s investor base.
5. Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and investor relations.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital raising, ideally in private equity or private credit.
2. Experience working with institutional investors, RIAs, and family offices.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and team player.
5. Willingness to travel for investor meetings and roadshows.
